Good health is a valuable asset for one and all. It can be achieved by the regular practice of yoga. Yoga is complete life. It is a method which overhauls all sides of human personality. Yoga increases power of concentration at work. Yoga is simplified today. There is greater consciousness. There is a change in the attitude. People are picking up yoga practice. There is a belief that yoga can cure specific disorders. Modern day practitioners are recommending yoga for general fitness. It is within the power of everybody to attain success in yoga.
